How to Shop
To shop with us, you can add items to your shopping cart at any time
during your session, by simply clicking the "add to cart" button found
beside the item number and price of the item you wish to buy. Once you
add your first item, a shopping cart will be automatically created for
you. You may continue to shop for additional items by clicking on the
"continue Shopping" button. You may view the contents of your cart at
any time by clicking the "View Cart" button at the top of the page.
To change the quantity of an item, simply type the correct quantity in
the Quantity field on the shopping cart, and click the "update cart"
button at the bottom of the screen. To delete an item, change the
quantity to 0 and update your cart.
When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart click the
"Checkout" button:
- Enter the Billing Information (the name and address of the
credit card holder).
- Enter your Shipping Information if it is different from your
billing information
- Select a shipping method
- Select a credit card and enter the card number and expiration
date.
- Click the "Continue Checkout" button
- Verify your order. If you are satisfied with the details of
your order click the "Checkout" button one last time.
You will receive email confirmation that we have received your
order.
Once you have clicked the Complete Purchase button, the transaction
cannot be stopped or cancelled. If you need to make a change or cancel
an order after you have clicked Complete Purchase, e-mail our Customer
Service Department immediately with the address provide on your
confirmation E-mail.

We will charge your card when we ship your order. If billing or
payment questions arise, please contact our Customer Service

Shipping
All orders are computer scanned for accuracy before leaving our
warehouse. We normally ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our
standard shipping is Canada Post Expedited Service. Most orders will
arrive within 3-7 business days.

Backorders
We are unable to backorder. If an item on your order is out of stock
at the time your order is shipped, we will contact you for
instructions.
Returns
Forever New guarantees you complete satisfaction with every purchase
of our products. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase,
please call our Customer Service Department within 30 days for a
replacement or refund.
If your Forever New of Fashion Essentials product was purchased from a
retail store, please return the item to the store where it was
purchased for a replacement or refund.
Privacy Statement
Forever New is committed to protecting your privacy by providing
a safe and secure on-line environment. We use Secure Socket Layering
(SSL) to encrypt your credit card information, which is the industry
standard for secure online transactions. We do not use nor disclose
information to others about our online visitors and customers.
