Customer Testimonials

I have bought the Bra Strap Shoulder Cushions from Sears Catalogue. I am so pleased with the product. I have bragged about it to my physiotherapist and she is recommending it to other clients. I hurt my left shoulder at work and bought these cushions because even with wide straps my shoulder still hurts. The instant I put these on I could feel the relief on my shoulder. I almost heard my shoulder say to me "Thanks for being nice to me." You really have to put them on to feel the difference.

Thank you for your time and have a pleasant day.

Hi Consumer Relations

I went shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart at lunch, and happened to see "Bare Basics Petals"!!
Hooray! nipple coverage, I've tried so many things...I'm anxious to try them, but congratulations on making this product!! I need this so badly, as I can't help the embarrassment that I often feel. don't like to bring that type of attention to myself.

Way to go.

I wish to commend you on such a wonderful product! I always use Forever New to wash my fine washables. In my case, I have more fine washables than the average household as I have 2 girls in the family who both dance, and wear tights or pantyhose at least once a week. The fact that it smells wonderful and is biodegradable (I am an avid environmentalist) make it even better. Your product is indispensable in washing fine washables! Keep up the good work!

My sister and I have been using Forever New fabric wash and find it does a lovely job. We were introduced to it at the D'Allaird clothes store. I would like to request a copy of Forever New's Guide to caring for fine fabrics.

Our newest grand-daughter is being baptized next week so I took out our heirloom christening outfit from the cedar chest to be worn once again.  It is 100% hand-embroidered cotton from Paris. My grandmother brought it back from Paris in 1938 for my eldest cousin's christening. It had yellowed over the years but was washed and worn for each of us - plus my own grand-daughters. It is 64 years old. Well, for the first time it is as white as new! I used the wash that Rob gave me a couple of years ago and lo and behold it is beautiful!
Well, thanks she will look 'like new'!

I purchased this product called “Forever New” in the Georgian Mall, Barrie, Ont. at a bathing suit display – It’s the best product I’ve ever used for my swim suits.  I swim 3 times a week at a hotel pool & the chlorine plays heck with my suits.  But since using this product, I find my suits smell better and seem to look even better.  Please tell me where I can find more?  Can you help me ( and my swimming friends?).  Thanks in advance.

I was a faithful user of your Forever New Fine Fabric Wash while I was living in Ontario.  I have since moved to the United States and can’t find it anywhere.  It is the best fine fabric wash  I have tried and I miss it.  Where may I find it in…….

I have depended on your company for many years for washing my garments gently with your “Forever New” granules.  With the closure of Eatons , I am down to the last of your fine product.  Could you please advise me if there are other places where I can buy it in Calgary?  Thank you for your time & trouble.

Sue

Would like to know where I can get your marvelous “ Forever New” Fine fabric wash.  I shop in Laval & Montreal area.  I was given a 5oz container as a gift last year and loved every  bit of it.  Does it come in a larger size?  Would very much appreciate the names of a few stores in those areas.

I use your “Fine Fabric Wash all the time. It’s an excellent product.  I noticed that you refer to a “Guide for Caring for Fine Fabrics.” Also if there are other products you produce, I would be interested in knowing about them.

This is just a little note of thanks.  I have only been using your product for about two years, but last February was very glad that I had been.

My daughter got married in February.  She had postponed the wedding from the previous July.  She had shoved her wedding dress in a plastic bag and it sat there until January when the wedding was on again.  By this time the dress was a little bedraggled so I called around to dry cleaners who quoted me from $90 to $150.  At this point a friend and I thought we would chance washing it, and did so in Forever New.  It turned out beautifully.  The pressing took about 3 hours but it was well worth it.

Once again thanks.

Dear Forever New:

Hi! I'm just writing a short note to express a big northern thanks for the support cups you provided us with. We really appreciated it. Thanks so much.

To Whom it may concern:

I'm writing to you today to tell you what I think about your product (PETALS - coverage for breast nipples). What an intelligent idea! I'm always shy, especially when I'm chilly.

Thank you very much for your time and product.

Kathleen
